Waiver of Liens
Whereas, Troy Mills Excavating, entered into a contract with Jay R. Clouse and Nancy S.
Yet~r of 126 Bridge Road, Bridgeville, P A 17307, to provide materials and perform labor necessary for
construenon ofa resldentJal structure upon a lot of ground located at 91 Fish Hateh Road, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania.
Now, therefore, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said parties, as part of
the said contract and for the said consideration therein set forth, that neither the undersigned contractor, any
sub.contractor or material man, nor any other person fumishing labor or materials 10 the said contractor
u,nder this contractshall file a lien, commonly called a mechanic's lien, for work done or materials furnished
to the said building or any part thereof.
This stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the County Prothonotary in accordance with
the requirements of Section 1402 of the Mechanics Lien Law of 1963 of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
in such case provided.
In Witness Whereof, tbe said parties have hereunto set their hands and seals this 12 th day
of Jan. 2000.

AL~ THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land lyin~ and being situate in
Southam peon Township, CUmberland County, Pennsylvania, being
identified as ~Qt No. 2 on Land SUbdivision for Paul B. Witter, said
plan being recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of
CUmberland County, Pennsylvania in Plan Book 78, Page 51, more fully
bounded and described as follows, to wit:
aEGINNING at an iron pin on the east side of Township Route 310 (FiSh
Hatchery Road) at corner of Lot No. 1 on the aforesaid subdivision
plan; thence along said road, North 21 degrees 39 minutes 00 seconds
East, 277.81 feet to an iron pin at corner of ~ot No.3; thence by
same lot, south 43 degrees 31 minutes 04 seconds East, 72.04 feet to
an iron pin; thence by same, North BB degrees 53 minuees 30 seconds
East, 122.07 feet to a concrete monument (set) in line of Lot No. S
on the aforesaid plan, nOW or late of Mark and ~inda Brandt; thence
by said lands, South 20 degxees 51 minutes 44 seconds West, 21.57
feet to an iron pin; thence cont1nuing by same, S~th 20 degrees 16
minutes 08 seconds West, 271.17 feet to a concrete monument (set) in
said line of lands ac corner of ~ot NO.1; thence ~y Loe No.1, North
69 degrees 00 minut.es 21 seconds West, 184.79 feet, to an iron pin on
Fish Hatchery Road, the place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 1.113 acres, per said subdivision plan.
BEING THE SAME PREMISES which Paul E. Witter and carla E. Witter, his
wife byDee~dated October 29,1999 and reco~de~ November 24, 1999 in
the Cumberland County Office of the Recorder of Deeds in Deed Book
211, Page 1095, granted and conveyed unto Nancy S. Yetter, single woman.
