Claimant, v. DONAN, INC., Respondent. MECHANICS' LIEN CLAIM Claimant, Deroche Industries t/a Williams Service Co. ("Williams"), a Peunsylvania corporation, files this Mechanics' Lien Claim against Defendant, Donan, Inc., owner, or reputed owner, and against the building hereinafter described and the curtilage appurtenant thereto for the payment of a debt due Williams, as a contractor in the construction of the building. The following is a statement of the claim of Williams: I. The name of the Claimant is Williams, a Peunsylvania corporation with a principal place of business located at Concord and Pleasant Acres Roads, York, York County, "",:: , Peunsylvania. Williams files this claim as a contractor. 2. The name and address of the owner, or reputed owner, at the time of the furnishing of the labor, goods, materials and structures, and the attaching of the lien is Donan, Inc., Box III, Bedford, Bedford County, Peunsylvania. 3. The Claimant contracted with Donan, Inc., pursuant to a written contract, to supply labor for Donan, Inc., on the building on the property described in Paragraph 7 herein. - ,. ,. ~,,-, J'i " 4. The nature and character of the labor and materials furnished pursuant to the contract was for HV AC work including, but not limited to, dis-assembling heat exchange unit and installing new unit. The price charged for the materials and installation, set forth in the contract between the parties, marked Exhibit "A," attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein, was for $3,108.00. 5. The amount or sum claimed to be due for the labor, goods, materials and structures is $3,108.00 plus interest at the rate of Twenty-Four (24%) Percent per annum commencing December 6, 1999. 6. Claimant completed its portion of the labor described above on October 28, 1999. 7. The labor, goods, materials and structures were continuously furnished in and about the erection and construction of a building located on the premises subject to the lien, situate at 1651 Harrisburg Pike, Middlesex Township, Cumberland County, Peunsylvania, and a mailing address of Box Ill, Bedford, Peunsylvania 15522. Donan, Inc. is the owner of the property pursuant to a Deed recorded at Book X30, Page 772 in the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office. A copy of said Deed is marked Exhibit "B," attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein. 8, This lien is claimed against the fee simple interest of the owner in the aforesaid prelll1ses. 9. ("Williams"), a Peunsylvania corporation, files this Mechanics' Lien Claim against Defendant, Donan, Inc., owner, or reputed owner, and against the building hereinafter described and the curtilage appurtenant thereto for the payment of a debt due Williams, as a contractor in the construction of the building. The following is a statement of the claim of Williams: 1. The name of the Claimant is Williams, a Pennsylvania corporation with a principal place of business located at Concord and Pleasant Acres Roads, York, York County, peunsylvania. Williams files this claim as a contractor. 2. The name and address of the owner, or reputed owner, at the time of the furnishing of the labor, goods, materials and structures, and the attaching of the lien is Donan, Inc., Box Ill, Bedford, Bedford County, Pennsylvania. 3. The Claimant contracted with Donan, Inc., pursuant to a written contract, to supply labor for Donan, Inc., on the building on the property described in Paragraph 7 herein. -~ ~ '''I~,; 4. The nature and character of the labor and materials furnished pursuant to the contract was for HV AC work including, but not limited to, dis-assembling heat exchange unit and installing new unit. The price charged for the materials and installation, set forth in the contract between the parties, marked Exhibit "A," attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein, was for $3,108.00. 5. The amount or sum claimed to be due for the labor, goods, materials and structures is $3,108.00 plus interest at the rate of Twenty-Four (24%) Percent per annum commencing December 6, 1999. 6. Claimant completed its portion of the labor described above on October 28, 1999. 7. The labor, goods, materials and structures were continuously furnished in and about the erection and construction of a building located on the premises subject to the lien, situate at 1651 Harrisburg Pike, Middlesex Township, Cumberland County, Peunsylvania, and a mailing address of Box 111, Bedford, Peunsylvania 15522. Donan, Inc. is the owner of the property pursuant to a Deed recorded at Book X30, Page 772 in the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office.
