Willow Green for Two Crowns by Dauphin Engineering CompanYr recorded December 15,
1987, at Plan Book "N"r Volume 4r Page 52, as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the western right-of-way line of Pine Hollow Road (50 feet wide)
said point being on the dividing line between Lots Nos. 2 and 3 as set forth on the above-
referred to Plan of Lots; thence along the western line of Pine Hollow Roadr South 08 degrees
50 minutes 18 seconds Eastr 22.71 feet to a point; thence continuing along the samer South 13
degrees 09 minutes 15 seconds Eastr 86.40 feet to a point on the dividing line between Lots
Nos. 3 and 4 as set forth on the aforementioned Plan of Lots; thence along said dividing line,
South 76 degrees 50 minutes 45 seconds Westr 169 feet to a point at lands of Goshorn; thence
along said lands of Goshorn and lands of Taylorr North 13 degrees 90 minutes 15 seconds
Westr 121.93 feet to a point on the dividing line between Lots Nos. 2 and 3 as set forth on the
aforementioned Plan of Lots; thence along said dividing line North 81 degrees 09 minutes 42
seconds Eastr 171.19 feet to a point in the western line of Pine Hollow Roadr said point being
the PLACE OF BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No.3 on the aforesaid Plan and containing 0.499 acresr more or less.
BEING the same premises which William R. Grove and Darlene Grover husband and wifer by
Deed bearing date of the 30th day of the October 1996r and recorded on the 7th day of
November, 1996 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Dauphin Countyr
