EXHIBIT A
ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situate in Silver Spring Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows
to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the southern side of Wheatland Drive at the dividing
line between Lots Nos, 2 and 11 on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots; thence
along the southern side of Wheatland Drive, North 82 degrees 56 minutes East, a
distance of two hundred one and thirteen hundredths (201,13) feet to the dividing line
between Lots Nos, 10 and 11 on the hereinafter mentioned Plan; thence along said
dividing line, South 11 degrees 30 minutes East, a distance of six hundred sixteen and
nineteen hundredths (616,19) feetto a point; thence South 89 degrees 7 minutes 42
seconds West a distance of two hundred fifty and twenty-two hundredths (250,22) feet
to the dividing line between Lots Nos. 1 and 11 on the hereinafter mentioned Plan;
thence along said dividing line and beyond, North 7 degrees 4 minutes West, a
distance of five hundred eighty-seven and thirty-five hundredths (587.35) feet to a point
on the southern side of Wheat land Drive, the point or place of BEGINNING,

husband and wife, by their deed dated June 14, 1999, and recorded June 15, 1999, in
the office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in
Deed Book 201, Page 673, granted and conveyed unto Scott D. Mangol and Mary
