the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Di C'~ N, and Dawn E. Bel vi 11e

work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract
with Dick N. and Dawn E. BElville and the further consideration
of One Dollar, to Fogarty Custom Built Hmmes, Itlceidby Dick N. and Dawn E. Belville
it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the b.uilding by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material
men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the
erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.

Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows to

BEGINNING at a point on the southern right-of-way line of Meplewood Lane (50' wide) at the dividing
line between lots No. 171 and No. 172 as shown on the hereinafter mentioned plan; thence along the
southern right-of-way line of Maplewood Lane North 80 degrees 14 minutes 45 seconds East a distance of
