ALL THAT CERTAIN lot of land situate in West Penmboro Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, bounded and desco'bed in accordance with F/hal Subdivision
Plan for Ph,~e No. 3 of Andrew Manor, consisting of two (2) sheets prepared by
Fisher, Mowery, Rosendale & Associates, Inc., dated March 20, 1995 a copy of
which is recorded in the hereinafter named Reoorder's Office in Plan Book 69, Page
140, as follows:
BEGINNING at an iwn pin in the eustem fight-of-way linc of Erin Place and land
now or formerly ofEber A. Barrick and Katherine Barrick; thence by the latter, South
68 degrees 43 minutes 17 seconds East 393.97 feet to an iwn pin; thence along lands
now or formerly of Joseph BowlinE alld Margaret Bowling, South 21 degees 28
minutes 33 seconds East 306.43 feet ~o an iron pin; thence along Lot No. 3 on the
above described plan, North 68 degrees 43 minutes 17 seconds West 630.99 fee~ to
