Neiman of Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, is about 4~xecute contemporaneously herewith, a contract with of Custer Homes, Inc. of 2805 Old Post Road, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania 17110, for the erection of a single family dwelling home upon a lot of land situate in Silver Spring Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being designated as Lot No. 5, Sterling Glen. See Exhibit "A". NOW, r~)~ ~; er / ~5' _, 2002, at the time of and immediately before execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Custer Homes, Inc., to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with Custer Homes, Inc. and the further consideration of One Dollar to Custer Homes, Inc. paid by Steven H. Neiman, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchases, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
