At such conference an effort will be made to resolve the issues in dispute, or if this cannot be accomplished, to define and narrow the issues to be heard by the Court and to enter into a temporary Order. Either party may bring the children who are the subject of this custody action to the conference, but the children's attendance is not mandatory. Failure to appear at the conference may provide grounds for entry of a temporary or permanent Order. Plaintiff is Eric W. Hoerner, an adult individual currently residing at 102 Mooredale Road, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, 2. Defendant is Beverly J. Hoerner, an adult individual whose last known address was 102 Mooredale Road, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, but who vacated that residence on January 31, 2000, without specific notice being given to Plaintiff as to her new address. 3, The parties are the natural parents of two (2) children, namely, Adam Wesley Hoerner, born, August 10, 1982, and Benjamin John Hoerner, born October 16, 1988, The children were not born out of wedlock. The natural mother of the children is the above-named Defendant, Beverly J. Hoerner, who resides as aforesaid. She is married. The natural father of the children is the above-named Plaintiff, Eric W. Hoerner who resides as aforesaid. He is married, 4, The relationship of the Plaintiff to the children is that of natural father. The relationship of the Defendant to the child is that of natural mother, The Defendant's last known address was 102 Mooredale Road, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania but her current address is unknown and the individuals with whom she may be residing are unknown as well. 6. Plaintiff has not participated as a party or witness or in any other capacity in any litigation concerning custody of the children. 7. Plaintiff has no information of any custody proceedings concerning the child pending in any Court of his commonwealth. 8. It is in the best interest and permanent welfare of the children to remain in Plaintiffs primary physical and legal custody in this action. 9. Plaintiff does not know any person not a party to these proceedings who claims to have custody or visitation rights with respect to the children.
