Defendant Realty Services Group, Inc. is a Pennsylvania Corporation with an address of 1509 Cedar Cliff Drive, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17011, 4, During the spring and early summer of 1998, the Plaintiff agreed to perform certain mowing services for the Defendants at various locations in both Cumberland and Dauphin Counties. 5, The Plaintiff and the Defendants agreed upon a certain price per yard that needed mowed and the Plaintiff would then periodically mow the properties during the months of April, May and June of 1998. 6. The Plaintiff then submitted invoices to Defendants for the work which had been performed, 7. Defendants promptly paid those invoices. 8. Some time in the spring of 1999, prior to April 18, the Plaintiff again contacted the Defendants about mowing certain properties located both in Cumberland and Dauphin Counties. 9. The Plaintiff then mowed the grass at the properties located at the nine different locations on the dates indicated on the invoices reflected on Exhibit A attached hereto. 10.
