Day, District Justice, The judgement was filed against co-tenants George Thompson Jr. and Tonya Dellinger at the request of Susan K. Day who said it needed to be filed this way, as both co-tenants were responsible together for breaches of the lease with Landlord. She said the co-tenants were responsible for the loss of rent and resulting damages for their actions that caused such loss, and that it was for them to decide how to payoff judgement, Therefore, I do not accept or agree with this notice of appeal dated Feb. 9,2000 as accurate or valid representation of the facts concerning judgement entered in District Court against George Thompson Jr, and Tonya Dellinger, The landlord has received four bad checks, two from Tonya Dellinger and two from George Thompson Jr. from 8/25/99 to 11/4/99. The landlord has had bank charges from these bounced checks from co-tenants. Landlord notified co-tenants in writing of their responsibility in regards to the non-payment of rent and their breech of the rental contract. , George Thompson Jr. told me on 11/23/99 of their intentions to move out on the weekend of 11/27/99 -11/28/99, still not having paid the Nov. 1999 rent, I advised George not to leave before paying the rent , also leaving Tonya Dellinger in the Townhouse by herself Tenants decided to move anyway, without returning keys or a forwarding address to landlord, Tonya gave George Thompson Jr. $492,50 towards Nov, 1999 rent to Landlord which he kept. I have enclosed a copy of the letter signed by Tonya Dellinger, and George Thompson Jr. said he had received this money when I confronted him on the phone about it. Tonya said she wanted to stay in Townhouse the first two weeks ofDec, 1999 as she had found another place to move to, She agreed to pay for her half of Dec. 1999 rent and gave me $240 on 12/1/99. After she hadn't moved by 12/13/99 and not paid the remaining rent money for Dec. 1999 as promised, a five day notice was posted on 12/14/99 to move out and pay the remaining rent money for Dec. 1999 or face legal action, On 12/20/99 she was still at rental property at 27 Brian Drive and landlord began legal action against George Thompson Jr, and Tonya Dellinger. Day, District Justice. The judgement was filed against co-tenants George Thompson Ir, and Tonya Dellinger at the request of Susan K. Day who said it needed to be filed this way, as both co-tenants were responsible together for breaches of the lease with Landlord, She said the co-tenants were responsible for the loss of rent and resulting damages for their actions that caused such loss, and that it was for them to decide how to payoff judgement, Therefore, I do not accept or agree with this notice of appeal dated Feb, 9, 2000 as accurate or valid representation of the facts concerning judgement entered in District Court against George Thompson Ir, and Tonya Dellinger. The landlord has received four bad checks, two from Tonya Dellinger and two from George Thompson Ir, from 8/25/99 to 11/4/99, The landlord has had bank charges from these bounced checks from co-tenants, Landlord notified co-tenants in writing oftheir responsibility in regards to the non-payment of rent and their breech of the rental contract, George Thompson Jr, told me on 11/23/99 of their intentions to move out on the weekend of 11/27/99 - 11/28/99, still not having paid the Nov, 1999 rent. I advised George not to leave before paying the rent, also leaving Tonya Dellinger in the Townhouse by herself, Tenants decided to move anyway, without returning keys or a forwarding address to landlord. Tonya gave George Thompson Jr, $492.50 towards Nov, 1999 rent to Landlord which he kept. I have enclosed a copy of the letter signed by Tonya Dellinger, and George Thompson Ir, said he had received this money when I confronted him on the phone about it, Tonya said she wanted to stay in Townhouse the first two weeks ofDec, 1999 as she had found another place to move to, She agreed to pay for her half of Dec, 1999 rent and gave me $240 on 12/1/99.
