Wadel of Shippensburg , Pennsylvania, is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with King Construction Company of New Holland, Pennsylvania for the erection of a layer house building upon a lot of land situate SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT "A" NOW, ';:;;;;,h"'r / () , :;lO<.lt.l , at the time ofand immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Arlin D., Karla D., & Rick L. Wadel to the said King Construction Company to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with King Construction Company and the further consideration of One Dollar, to King Construction Company paid by Arlin D., Karla D., & Rick L. Wadel , it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived. Wadel to grant and convey the property described herein as collateral security for and in consideration of monies advanced, or to be advanced, by the mortgage to Arlin & Karla Wadel, borrower(s), and evidenced by a note or notes executed, or to be executed, by said borrower (s).
