COMPLAINT
1. Plaintiff is Harris Savings Bank, a Pennsylvania state-chartered savings
bank, with its principal office at 235 N. Second Street, P.O. Box 1711, Harrisburg,
Pennsylvania 17105.
2. Defendant Tamara L. Gordon, is an adult individual living and residing at
90 Springers Lane, Lot 12, New Cumberland, Pennsylvania 17070.
3. Defendant, as buyer, entered into a Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle
Installment Sale Contract with Sutliff Chevrolet Co., as seller, respecting a1996 GMC
Sonoma, VIN #1 GTDT19X2T8535612. A true and correct copy of the said
Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Installment Sale Contract is attached hereto, made a part
hereof and marked Exhibit A.
4. The Contract was subsequently assigned to Plaintiff.
5. Defendant defaulted in her obligations under the Contract, and the
Vehicle was repossessed.
6. On July 26,1999, Plaintiff sold the Vehicle, leaving a deficiency balance
owing in the amount of $6,191.77.

7. Despite Plaintiff's repeated demands, Defendant has failed and refused
and continues to fail and refuse to pay the current balance owed to Plaintiff under the
Contract.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands judgment against Defendant in the sum of
$6,191.77, together with interest, attorneys' fees and costs of suit.

1. Plaintiff is Harris Savings Bank, a Pennsylvania state-chartered savings
bank, with its principal office at 235 N. Second Street, P.O. Box 1711, Harrisburg,
Pennsylvania 17105.
2. Defendant Tamara L. Gordon, is an adult individual living and residing at
90 Springers Lane, Lot 12, New Cumberland, Pennsylvania 17070.
3. Defendant, as buyer, entered into a Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle
Installment Sale Contract with Sutliff Chevrolet Co., as seller, respecting a1996 GMC
Sonoma, VIN #1 GTDT19X2T8535612. A true and correct copy of the said
Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Installment Sale Contract is attached hereto, made a part
hereof and marked Exhibit A.
4. The Contract was subsequently assigned to Plaintiff.
5. Defendant defaulted in her obligations under the Contract, and the
Vehicle was repossessed.
6. On July 26,1999, Plaintiff sold the Vehicle, leaving a deficiency balance
owing in the amount of $6,191.77.

7. Despite Plaintiff's repeated demands, Defendant has failed and refused
and continues to fail and refuse to pay the current balance owed to Plaintiff under the
Contract.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands judgment against Defendant in the sum of
$6,191.77, together with interest, attorneys' fees and costs of suit.
