1981, Resolution 81-A-3, adopted August 18, 1981 and Resolution
83-A-1 adopted February 3, 1983. This lien is filed in strict
compliance with said Resolutions, and the Municipal Claims Act of
1923, May 16, P,L, 207, as amended, 53 P,S. &7101, et seq.
