parties, as part of the said contract and for the considerat:ion therein set
forth, that neither the undersigned cont:ract:or, any sub-contractor OL
materialman, nor any other person furnishing labor or materials t.o the said"
contractor under this contract shall file a Lien, commonly called a"mechanic's
lien, far work done or materials furnished to the said building or any part
