STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, DANIEL T. PISCIONERI, (the "Owner"), have executed or are about to
execute contemporaneously herewith a contract with B. A. FARNER, (the "Contractor"), for
construction of a single family dwelling (collectively the "Improvements") on a tract of land
located on LOCKWOOD DRIVE, situate in the Township of East Pennsboro, County of
Cumberland, Pennsylvania, known as Lot No. 2, Final Subdivision Plan of Lockwood, Plan
Book 35, Page 45 and re-recorded in Plan Book 37, Page 63, and more particularly described
in Exhibit A attached hereto, incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof(the
"Premises").
NOW, OCTOBER ~ ~-, 2002, before any authority has been given by the Owner to the
Contractor to commence work on the Improvements, or to purchase materials for the same, or to
enter into any contracts with any subcontractors or material men, or to authorize any purchases
by or through any subcontractors or material men, in consideration of the making of said contract
with the Owner and the further consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar, to Contractor paid by
Owner, and with the intent of all parties to be legally bound hereby, it is agreed that no lien shall
be filed against the Improvements, the Premises, or any part thereof, by the Contractor or any
subcontractor, or by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or
materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased, for the Improvements to the Premises
(including hereafter changes made thereto), the right to file liens being expressly waived.
It is the full intent of the Contractor, for himself and for any subcontractors or material
men claiming for themselves, or by, through or under the contract or the Contractor, that the right
to file a mechanic's lien, under the provisions of law and/or of Acts of Assembly in such cases
made and provided, for work done or materials furnished in ad about the construction of the
Improvements to the Premises is hereby waived.
1N WITNESS WHEREOF, Owner and Contractor have executed this Stipulation Against
Liens the day and year first above written.

EXHIBIT "A" - STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS/DESCR.
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land and premises, situate, lying and being in the Township of East
Pennsboro in the County of Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, more particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the south side of Lockwood Drive at the corner between Lots 1 and 2 on the hereinafter
mentioned plan of lots; thence along Lockwood Drive North 89 degrees 15 minutes East a distance of 113.53 feet
to a point between Lots 2 and 3; thence South 29 degrees East a distance of 386.48 feet to a point between Lots
2 and 3 and land now or formelry of Grace Albee; thence South 61 degrees 07 minutes 23 seconds West a
distance of 100.01 feet to a point between Lots 1 and 2 and lands now or formerly of Grace Albee; thence North
29 degrees 00 minutes West a distance of 440.00 feet to the place of BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No. 2 as shown on Final Subdivision Plan of Lockwood Acres, dated July 21, 1978, recorded in
Subdivision Plan Book 35, Page 45 and re-recorded in Subdivision Plan Book 37, Page 63.
