WHEREAS, Charter Horres Building Company, a Pennsylvania Co:r:poration of
Lancaster Colmty, Pennsylvania entered into a contract with Charter Horres
Building Corrpany, Contractor, to provide 11B.terials and perform labor necessaI1{
for the construction of a single family dwelling bouse upon a lot of ground
located Falkstone Drive, lot 535. The Highlands of Harrpden Square, Phase VII.,
Harrpden Township, Cumberland County PA.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said
parties, as part of the said contract and for the consideration therein set
forth, that neither the undersigned =tractor, any sub-contractor or 11B.terial
!!'aD, nor any other person furnishing labor or 11B.terials to the said contractor
under this contract shall file a lien, ccmronly called a rrechanic's lien, for
work done or 11B.terials furnished to the said building or any part thereof,
This stipulation is 11B.de and intended to be filed with the County Prothonotary
in accordance with the requirerrents of Section 1402 of the Mechanics Lien Law
of 1963 of the COllIlDnwealth of Pennsylvania in such case provided.
IN WI1NESS WHEREOF, the said parties hereto have hereunto set their hands and
