Defendant ; CIVIL ACTION - LAW 2000 _Jo.rr ~-rp..- CIVIL TERM COMPLAINT AND NOW, comes Keystone Financial Bank, N.A., formerly Financial Trust Company, through its Attorney, William A Duncan, Esquire, and files this Complaint, of which the following is a statement: 1. Plaintiff is Keystone Financial Bank, N.A., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with its main office and principal place of business located at 1415 Ritner Highway, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17013. 2. Defendant, PHILIP A. ALTLAND, an adult individual, resides at 205 Pebble Lane, Biglervil.l.e, Adams County, Pennsylvania, 17307 3. On or about May 7, 1999, Defendant made, executed and delivered to Plaintiff a note and security agreement financing Eight Thousand Three Hundred Eighty-eight and 29/100 Dollars ($8,388.29), a copy of said note and said security agreement being attached hereto as Exhibit "A" , respectively, and is incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth. 4. Said note and said secutirty agreement have not been assigned. 5. Said note and said security agreement are in default because Defendant herein has failed to pay the payments that were due and owing for the months of June 1999, July 1999, August 1999, September 1999, October 1999, November 1999, December 1999, January 2000 and February 2000. 6. By reason of the aforesaid default, the entire principal balance of Nine Thousand Two Hundred Sixty-three and 99/100 ($9,263.99) Dollars, with interest thereon at the rate of ten percent (10 %) per annum computed from May 7,1999, along with late charges and attorneys fees now due and payable. 7. The Defendant is liable to the Plaintiff for the following on said mortgage loan: A. Principal amount and interest due to date $ 9,063.24 B. Late Charges 80.00 C. A & H Insurance -320.39 D. Attorney's Collection fee 441.14 TOTAL: $ 9,263.99 WHEREFORE, Plaintiff prays the Court to enter judgment in favor of Plaintiff and against Defendant for the amount ofN"me Thousand Two Hundred Sixty-three and 99/100 ($9,263.99) Dollars, together with interest thereon, costs and all other amounts advanced by Plaintiff VERIFICATION I, Jack V.
