Question:
Why isn't the father a party?
Overview:
According to the Stipulation for Custody, filed February 29, 2000, the "natural father of
said child, Chad Michael Stine, has had no contact with any of the parties, and is therefore not
named as a party to his action."
I got the file and checked the docket entries. There is not much information on this case.
Is there another source I should look at?

STIPULATION FOR CUSTODY
AND NOW, come the parties, Charles W. Summers and Ginny S. Summers, husband and wife,
and Chrstie M. Smith, now known as Christie Marie Yanez, and stipulate as follows:
1. The Plaintiffs are Charles W. Summers and Ginny S. Summers, husband and wife, who are
adult individuals residing at 9 Clendendin Circel, Enola, P A 17025.
2. The Defendant is Christie Marie Yanez (formerly known as Christie Smith), an adult
individual residing at 61 Kensington Drive, Camp Hill, PA 17011.
3. The parties had previously entered into a Stipulation for Custody, regarding legal and physical
custody of Alana Stine, d.o.b. 5/24/96; a copy of the Order of Court dated March 2, 2000, is
attached hereto and made a part hereof marked as Exhibit "A."
4. The parties now desire that physical and legal custody of said child shall now be with the
Defendant, who is the natural mother ofthe child.
5. The parties further agree that the Plaintiffs, who are the maternal grandparents of the child,
shall have periods of partial physical custody of said child as shall be mutually agreed upon by all
parties.
6. The parties further agree that this Stipulation shall be evidenced by Order of Court.

WHEREFORE, the parties respectfully request Your Honorable Court to enter an order for
custody of said child in the form of the Order as attached.
