The Plaintiff, ASSOCIATED PRODUCTS SERVICES, INC., by its attorneys, KNUPP, KODAK & IMBLUM,
P.c., brings this action of Assumpsit against the Defendant to recover the sum of ONE THOUSAND, FOUR HUNDRED
AND TWENTY-ONE DOLLARS AND EIGHTY-ONE CENTS ($1,421.81), along with costs oftbis suit and interest
thereon from July 24, 1998 upon a cause ofaction of which the following is a statement:

1. The Plaintiff, ASSOCIATED PRODUCTS SERVICES, INC., is a corporation organized and existing
under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, having its principal office and place of business at 2 East Road,
Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17055.
2. The Defendant, TRAFFIC MARKINGS, INC., is a corporation organized and existing under the laws of
the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, baving its principal office and place of business at 4 Master Drive, Franklin,
Massachusetts 02038.

On the dates, in the amounts, and for the prices set forth in a true and correct copy of the Plaintiff's

4. The prices cbarged for said goods, wares and merchandise were just and reasonable, were the legal and
mar/<et prices therefor and were the prices which the Defendant promised and agreed to pay Plaintiff therefor.
5. All delivered goods, wares and merchandise of the kind and description set forth above and services
provided were ordered trom Cumberland County, Pennsylvania at the Plaintiff's place of business thereby creating situs
