STATEMENT OF CLAIM
I
The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is Carlisle Suburban Authority, a
municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of Cumberland
and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township,

This lien is claimed for assessment issued against the above described property for installation of
public water lines in the amount of$2,033.39,

BEGINNING at a point on the southern line of 50 foot wide Rebecca Avenue on the
lIorthern line of Lot No. 112, which point at the Place of Beginning is 100 feet
East of the eastern line of 50 foot wide Marbeth Avenue at the dividing line be-
tween Lots Nos. III and 112; thence from said point at the Place of Beginning
along the southern line of said 50 foot wide Rebecca Avenue eastwardly, a dis-
tance of 105.5 feet to a point in line of land now or formerly of Clyde Brenner;
thence along the Hestern line of said land now or formerly of Clyde Brenner,

The above described tract of land contains 105.5 feet in front along the south-
ern line of 50 foot wide Rebecca Avenue and extends southwardly therefrom at an
even wid th a dl.stance of 150 feet. and is all of Lots Nos. 110 and III as 8hO\...n
on said Plan of Harriot Acres, dated November 1934 and recorded in Plan Book 2
aL Page 105.
The above described tract of land is subject to the follO\~:lng building and Lise
restrictions originally imposed by deed dated June 9, 1941 and recorded July 5,
1941, in Deed Book "J", Volume 12, Page 334, as follows:

conveyed, any portion of which is nearer that 20 feet to the southern line of
Rebecca Avenue and upon the further condition that said lots of land shall be
used for residential purposes only and that not more than one dwelling house be
ercted on anyone of the said lots and upon the further condition that no (h~el1-
lng house shall be erected on any portion of the land herein conveyed costing
less than $1,500.00.
