Defendant, Jeffrey A. Long, and with regard to custody of their child, JORDAN A. LONG, d.o.b.
8/6/98, stipulate and agree as follows:
1. Custody of said child shall be as set forth in the foregoing Order of Court, namely,
primary physical and legal custody in mother.
2. It is the desire and intention of the parties hereto that this Stipulation for Child Custody
be entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and that it be
endorsed as an Order of the Court so as to have the full effect thereof.
3. This Court shall retain jurisdiction should either party seek modification of the Order in
the future.
