STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS

THIS AGREEMENT made the 3 of March, 2000, by and between
DONALD L. STONER, SR.,
AND
TIMOTHY J. BLACK, hereinafter referred to as Owner, whereby the
former undertook and agreed to erect and construct a single
family dwelling on that certain lot of ground situate in
708 Arlington Road, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, 17011, Camp Hill
Borough, Cumberland County
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said
Contractor, for and in consideration of the sum of ($1.00) Dollar
to contractor in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in
the agreement aforesaid, for themselves and their subcontractors,
and all parties acting through or under them, covenant and agree
that no mechanic's liens or claims shall be filed or maintained
by them or any of them against the said buildings and the lot of
ground appurtenant thereto for or on account of any work done or
materials furnished by them or any of them under said contract or
otherwise, for, towards, in, or about the erection and
construction of the said buildings on the lot above described,
and the said Contractor, for themselves, their subcontractors and
others under them hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right
to have, file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims
against the said buildings or any of them, and agree that this
instrument, waiving the right of lien, shall be an independent
covenant.

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in the Borough of Camp
Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southwest side of Arlington Road
at the southern line of lands now or formerly of John E. Farnham
and wife; thence extending along last mentioned lands, South 58
degrees 54 minutes West, 150 feet to a point at lands now or late
of Maura E. Muth; thence extending by last mentioned lands, South
31 degrees 06 minutes East, 100 feet to a point at other lands
now or formerly of John R. Muth and Maura E. Muth; thence
extending by other lands now or formerly of John R. and Maura E.
Muth, North 58 degrees 54 minutes East, 150 feet to a point at
the southwest side of said Arlington Road; thence along said side
of Arlington Road, North 31 degrees 06 minutes West, 100 feet the
point and place of BEGINNING.
HAVING THEREON ERECTED a brick dwelling house known and
numbered as 708 Arlington Road.
UNDER AND SUBJECT, NEVERTHELESS, to any rights of way,
easements, restrictions and set-back lines of record.
BEING THE SAME PREMISES which Robert A. Cox and Erma C. Cox,
by deed to be recorded simultaneously herewith in the Cumberland
County Recorder of Deeds Office to grant and convey unto Timothy
J. Black.
