MECHANICS' LIEN CLAIM
I. The Claimant, Moore's LUlllber & Building Supplies, Inc. is a corporation with
offices and/or place of business situate at 3517 Brandon Avenue, SW, Roanoke, Virginia,
24018, authorized to do business in Pennsylvania with offices and/or a place of business situate
at 3442 Silllpson Ferry Road, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17011
2. Beginning on or about August 18, 1999 and continuing through January 7, 2000,
Claimant cOlllpleted delivery of materials to Owner as a contractor in connection with
construction ofa residential housing situated on Westbury Lot 64, 5810 Westbury Drive,
Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Conunonwealth of Pennsylvania.
3. The materials supplied by the Clailllant as the contractor pursuant to a verbal
contract with the owners on the project, Harry Clark and Joyce Clark, 117 Fineview Road, Camp
Hill, Cumberland County, Conunonwealth of Pennsylvania.
4. The materials furnished by the Claimant to the Owner in connection with
construction of the residence was building Illaterials in general.

5. As a consequence of furnishing the materials set forth in Paragraph 4 herein, the
Claimant is currently owed the sum of$25,654.51, which is now due.
7. The property ofthe Owner that is subject to the Mechanics' Lien claimed by the
Claimant is a single family dwelling located at Westbury Lot 64, 5810 Westbury Drive, in the
City of Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
