AND NOW, this
day of March, 2000, petitioners JANICE E.
CUSTER and STEPHEN C. CUSTER, wife and husband, and their

attorney, MURREL R. WALTERS, III, ESQUIRE, and respondents JERRY
L. CUSTER and JENNIFER A. CUSTER, husband and wife, with regard to
custody and visitation of HANNAH MARIE CUSTER, a minor child,
stipulate and agree as follows:
1. The petitioners are Janice E. Custer and Stephen C.
Custer, husband and wife, who reside at 170 Church Road, Carlisle,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
Petitioners are the parents of
respondent, Jerry L. Custer.
2. The respondents are Jerry L. Custer and Jennifer A.
Custer, husband and wife, who reside at 417 West Simpson Street,
Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
3. Jerry L. Custer and Jennifer A. Custer are the parents
of Hannah Marie Custer, born February 9, 2000.
4. The parties desire to enter into an amicable agreement
for custody and visitation of Hannah Marie Custer.

5. Hannah Marie Custer presently resides with her paternal
grandparents, the petitioners, Janice E. Custer and stephen C.
custer, at their home, 170 Church Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
6. The parties have reached an agreement with regard to the
custody of the minor child and they do hereby stipulate and agree
as follows:
a. Janice E. Custer and stephen C. Custer, husband and
wife, shall have legal custody of the child.
b. Janice E. custer and stephen C. Custer shall have
primary physical custody of the child.

c. Respondents, Jerry L. Custer and Jennifer A. Custer,
husband and wife, shall have temporary physical custody of the
child as the parties may from time to time agree.
Pursuant to
recommendations by Cumberland County Children and Youth Services,
initial temporary physical custody of respondents shall be
supervised. The decision as to changing such custody from
supervised to unsupervised shall be within the sole discretion of
petitioners.
d. It is the intent of all parties that if and when the
respondents are capable of providing proper parenting care and
supervision that they shall spend more time with the child, having
as a goal the ultimate transfer of physical and legal custody to
the respondents as natural parents.

e. Respondent Jennifer A. Custer shall participate and
avail herself of medical care intended to assist her in providing
appropriate care of her child.
f. Jerry L. Custer and Jennifer A. Custer shall jointly
participate in family counseling.
g. Jerry L. Custer and Jennifer A. Custer shall participate
in parenting classes so that they may be better able to provide
necessary care for their child.
h. Maryann Blauch, who is the maternal grandmother of the
child, shall be afforded temporary physical custody of the child
as the petitioners may from time to time deem appropriate.
7. It is the desire and intention of the parties hereto
that this Stipulation be entered in the Court of Common Pleas of
Cumber land County,
Ivania, and that it be endorsed as an
