WHEREAS, KOLLAS AND COSTOPOULOS, of 1104 Femwood Avenue,
Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, hereinafter referred to as Owner, is about to
execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with Glenn Snider, Jr., and Glen Miller,
t/d/b/a SNIDER-MILLER BUlLDERS, for the erection of a house ancillary to development in
a complex known as Wertz Run Heights, Phase II, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
construction described as follows:
ALL THOSE CERTAIN tracts or parcels of ground on Lot No. 89 of North
Middleton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and
described as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
NOW, this 25th day of February, 2000, at the time of and immediately
before the execution of the principal contract dated February 25 ,2000, and before any
authority has been given by the said Owner, to the said Contractor to commence work on the said
building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the marking of the said contract
with Owner, and the further consideration of One Dollar and 00/100 ($1.00), to Contractor paid
by Owner, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the contractor, or any
sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or
materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the
right to file such liens being expressly waived,

BEGINNING at a point, said point being on located the Western right-of-way line
of Longstreet Drive at the Common Front Property Corner of Lot #88 and Lot #89 of
Wertz Run Heights, Phase 2; Thence along Lot #88 North 52 degrees 45 minutes 00
seconds West, a distance of 150.00 feet to a point at other land now or late of Kollas and
Costopoulos,Wertz Run Heights, Phase 3; Thence along other land now or late of Kollas
and Costopoulos, Wertz Run Heights, Phase 3 North 37 degrees 15 minutes 00 seconds
East, a distance 100.94 feet to a point at Lot #90 of Wertz Run Heights, Phase 2; Thence
along Lot #90 South 52 degrees 22 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of 150.04 feet,
to a point on the Western right-of-way line of Longstreet Drive; Thence along the
Western right-of-way line of Longstreet Drive in a Southerly direction on the arc of a
curve curving to the left haVing a radius of 1625.00 feet, an arc length of 10.87 feet, and
a central angle of 00 degrees 23 minutes 00 seconds to a point; Thence along the same
South 37 degrees 15 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of 89.07 feet to a point, the
point of BEGINNING.
Said Lot contains 15,066.17 square feet or 0.346 acres.
Said Lot is subject to a 10 foot wide storm drainage easement located along it's Western
and Northern Property Lines as shown on the Final Subdivision Plan of Wertz Run
Heights, Phase 2.
