COMPLAINT
1. The Plaintiff, Albany Ladder Company, is a New York business with an
address of 1586 Central Avenue, Albany, NY 12205.
2. The Defendant, Grove Contracting Service, Inc., is a Pennsylvania
corporation, with an address of 411 Long Avenue, Orwigsburg, Schuylkill County, PA 17961.
3. The Defendant, Marlin L. Comp, is an adult individual with an address of 403
Forge Road, Boiling Springs, Cumberland County, PA 17007.
4. On or about April 16, 1998, the Defendants signed an application for credit
with the Plaintiff for the leasing of equipment, a copy of which is attached hereto, made a part
hereof and marked as Exhibit "A".
4. From September 8, 1999 through December 8, 1999 the Defendant rented
various equipment from the Plaintiff.
5. As of December 29, 1999, there remains an unpaid amount of $56,912.12 due
to the Plaintiff for equipment rented and repairs made. A statement of the outstanding invoices
is attached hereto, made a part hereof and marked as Exhibit "B".

6. Despite repeated demands, the Defendant has failed and refused to pay the
amount owed.
WHEREFORE, the Plaintiff demands judgment against the Defendant in the
amount of $56,912.12 plus attorney's fees pursuant to the credit application, interest from
September 8, 1999, at the rate of 2% per month and costs of suit.

COMPLAINT
1. The Plaintiff, Albany Ladder Company, is a New York business with an
address of 1586 Central Avenue, Albany, NY 12205.
2, The Defendant, Grove Contracting Service, Inc, , is a Pennsylvania
corporation, with an address of 411 Long Avenue, Orwigsburg, Schuylkill County, PA 17961.
3, The Defendant, Marlin L. Comp, is an adult individual with an address of 403
Forge Road, Boiling Springs, Cumberland County, PA 17007.
4, On or about April 16, 1998, the Defendants signed an application for credit
with the Plaintiff for the leasing of equipment, a copy of which is attached hereto, made a part
hereof and marked as Exhibit "A".
4, From September 8, 1999 through December 8, 1999 the Defendant rented
various equipment from the Plaintiff,
5. As of December 29, 1999, there remains an unpaid amount of $56,912.12 due
to the Plaintiff for equipment rented and repairs made. A statement of the outstanding invoices
is attached hereto, made a part hereof and marked as Exhibit "B".

6, Despite repeated demands, the Defendant has failed and refused to pay the
amount owed,
WHEREFORE, the Plaintiff demands judgment against the Defendant in the
amount of $56,912.12 plus attorney's fees pursuant to the credit application, interest from
September 8, 1999, at the rate of 2 % per month and costs of suit.

1. . The Plaintiff, Albany Ladder Company, is a New York business with an
address of 1586 Central Avenue, Albany, NY 12205.
2. The Defendant, Grove Contracting Service, Inc., is a Pennsylvania
corporation, with an address of 411 Long Avenue, Orwigsburg, Schuylkill County, PA 17961.
3. The Defendant, Marlin L. Comp, is an adult individual with an address of 403
Forge Road, Boiling Springs, Cumberland County, PA 17007.
4. On or about April 16, 1998, the Defendants signed an application for credit
with the Plaintiff for the leasing of equipment, a copy of which is attached hereto, made a part
hereof and marked as Exhibit "A".
4, From September 8, 1999 through December 8, 1999 the Defendant rented
various equipment from the Plaintiff.
5. As of December 29, 1999, there remains an unpaid amount of $56,912.12 due
to the Plaintiff for equipment rented and repairs made. A statement of the outstanding invoices
is attached hereto, made a part hereof and marked as Exhibit "B",
