Plaintiff, Schaedler Bros., Inc., is a Pennsylvania corporation maintaining an office and place of business located at 1030 South 13th Street, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. 2. Defendant Ginger Bread Man of Hummelstown, Inc. is a Pennsylvania corporation with an office and place of business at 114 East Allen Street, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. 3. At the special instance and request of the Defendant, Plaintiff sold and tendered to Defendant various electrical supplies and materials for which there is presently due and owing to Plaintiff the sum of $26,349.51, plus interest from December 20, 1999 at the rate of one-and-one-half percent per month. 4. Although duly demanded, the said outstanding balance in the amount of $26,349.51 has not been paid by Defendant to Plaintiff or anyone acting on behalf of Plaintiff, and, therefore, the sum of $26,349.51 is due and payable with interest at the rate of one-and-one-half percent per month from December 20, 1999, and the costs of suit. WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands Judgment against the Defendant Ginger Bread Man of Hummelstown, Inc. in the amount of $26,349.51, plus interest from December 20, 1999 at the rate of one-and-one-half percent per month, and the costs of suit.
