husband and wife, of 49 N. Ninth Street, Lernoyne, PA 17043 promise to pay to the
JUDGMENT NOTE

$202,276.76
order of DEBRA ECKSTINE RALPH, 11-19 Railroad Avenue, Mechanicsburg, PA
17055, the sum of Two Hundred Two Thousand Two Hundred Seventy-Six Dollars
and Seventy-Six Cents ($202,276.76), with interest at the rate of eight percent (8%)
per annum on the unpaid principal balance, said amount being due and payable in full
on or before March 1, 2010, under the following terms and conditions: monthly
payments in the amount of $2,369.25 payable on the 1st of each month starting April
1,2000.
PETER A. HAMEL and TERESA J. HAMEL shall have the right to prepay
said balance at any time with no penalty for prepayment.
AND FURTHER, we do hereby authorize and empower any attorney or the
Prothonotary of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, to appear for and enter Judgment
against us at any time before or after maturity for the above sum, with or without
declaration, with costs of suit, release of errors, without stay of execution, and with
10% added for collection fees; and we hereby agree not to rnake any rnotion or any
application whatsoever to any Court for an inquisition on any real estate that may be
levied upon to collect the aforesaid sum, and we voluntarily condernn same, and
authorize the Prothonotary to enter said voluntary condemnation upon the Writ of

Execution. We further agree that any property, real, personal or mixed may be sold
through a Writ of Execution and further hereby waive and release all relief from any
and all appraisements, stay or exemption laws of any State now or in force or which
are passed hereafter.
