FOR VALUE RECEIVED, ONE HEART MINISTRIES, a Pennsylvania non-
profit corporation, of 25 East Main Street Street, Mechanicsburg, P A 17055 promises
to pay to the order of DEBRA ECKSTINE RALPH, 11-19 Railroad Avenue,
Mechanicsburg, P A 17055, the sum of Two Hundred Two Thousand Two Hundred
Seventy-Six Dollars and Seventy-Six Cents ($202,276.76), with interest at the rate of
eight percent (8%) per annum on the unpaid principal balance, said amount being due
and payable in full on or before March 1, 2010, under the following terms and
conditions: montWy payments in the amount of $2,369.25 payable on the 1st of each
month starting April 1, 2000.
ONE HEART MINISTRIES, INC. shall have the right to prepay said balance at
any time with no penalty for prepayment.
AND FURTHER, does hereby authorize and empower any attorney or the
Prothonotary of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, to appear for and enter Judgment
against it at any time before or after maturity for the above sum, with or without
declaration, with costs of suit, release of errors, without stay of execution, and with
10% added for collection fees; and does hereby agree not to make any motion or any
application whatsoever to any Court for an inquisition on any real estate that may be
levied upon to collect the aforesaid sum, and voluntarily condemns same, and
authorizes the Prothonotary to enter said voluntary condernnation upon the Writ of

Execution. It further agrees that any property, real, personal or mixed may be sold
through a Writ of Execution and further hereby waives and releases all relief from any
and all appraisements, stay or exemption laws of any State now or in force or which
are passed hereafter.
