Plaintiff herein is American General Finance, Inc" a retailer financial services with a current office located at 6 South Hanover Street, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17013, 2. Defendants herein are Thomas F, Myers and Nancy L. Myers, husband and wife, adult individuals currently residing at 10 East Street, Mount Holly Springs, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17013. 3, On or about May 21, 1997, Defendants entered into a Loan Agreement with Plaintiff whereby Plaintiff agreed to loan and Defendants agree to borrow $10,202.00, A true and correct copy of the Agreement is attached hereto incorporated herein by reference as set forth at length, and marked as Exhibit "A". 4, In order to secure repayment on the Loan Defendants granted Plaintiff a security interest in a 1992 Harley Davidson Motorcycle, Vehicle Identification Number IHDlBKLIINY030713, as evidenced by Defendants' allowing Plaintiff's to place a lien on the title to the same, A true and correct copy of the title is attached hereto, incorporated herein by referenced as though set forth at length and marked as Exhibit "B", 5, Plaintiff has a valid security interest in the motorcycle as evidenced by documents " j'i 1, II, I,' f I:,) i::1 lJ II t<ir~ ~>' " ""~<r.,,".',,'r" .........'",., '. t'.,'r-i'cY'~"t'!:,."-";,~,~_,, "'-'"-'1'" -' -' " ",,',,'O, ," .w' ,I', ."V,"'n' ',""".',w" attached previously as Exhibit "B". 6.
