Plaintiff, Keystone Financial Bank, N.A., by its attorney, William A. Duncan, files this Complaint in Confession of Judgment. 1. Plaintiff, Keystone Financial Bank, N.A., is a Pennsylvania banking Corporation existing under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, with its principal place of business located at 1415 Ritner Highway, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 2. Defendant is Keith M. Thompson, d/b/a G & T Auto Repairs, with a last known address of 814 N. Front Street, Steelton, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17113. 3. On or about April 30, 1997, Defendant Keith M. Thompson, entered into a Promissory Note in favor of Plaintiff, Keystone Financial Bank, N.A., in the original principal amount of Seven Thousand and 00/100 ($7,000.00) Dollars. A tme and correct copy ofthe Note, which contains the Warrant of Attorney upon which this judgment is confessed, is attached hereto as Exhibit" A" and is a part hereof. 4. Defendant Keith M. Thompson, has defaulted in this obligation under the Note by failing to make his January, Febmary and March, 2000 payments of principal and interest due thereunder the terms of said note. 5. Pursuant to the Note, judgment may be entered against Defendant Keith M. Thompson, for aU monies due without notice or demand. 6. Pursuant to the Note, and by reason of Defendant Keith M. Thompson's default, the following amounts are currently due and owing Plaintiff Keystone Financial Bank, N.A., by Keith M. Thompson, Defendant. ,- "T1 ~, ,r. '-j"'-,. Principal Amount due to date: $ 4,004.26 Interest Accrued and unpaid through Mareb 10,2000 $ 153.24 Late Charges $ 22.44 Attorney's Fee's Pursuant to the terms of the Note $ 500.00 TOTAL $ 4,679.94 Interest accrues at a rate of $ 1.67 for each day after March 10, 2000 that this indebtedness remains unpaid. There has been no assignment ofthe Note. 8. Judgment has not been entered on the Note in any other jurisdiction. 9. Pursuant to the Note, $ 4,679.94 is currently due and owing Plaintiff Keystone Financial Bank, N. A. from Defendant Keith M. Thompson, and Defendant Keith M. Thompson, has failed to pay the amount due. WHEREFORE, Plaintiff Keystone Financial Bank, N.A. request that judgment be entered in its favor and against Defendant Keith M.
