Lloyd, of1642 Walnut Bottom Road, Newville, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract with Roger E. Shover, IId/b/a Shover Construction, of I 06 Willis Road, Newville, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, for the erection of a dwelling house upon a lot of land situate in Penn Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being known as 1642 Walnut Bottom Road, and as more fully described in Deed recorded in Cumberland County Deed Book 143, Page 364, as follows: ALL THAT CERTAIN lot of land situate in Penn Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described in accordance with Final Subdivision Plan for Kenneth L. & Carolyn L. Lloyd, consisting oflwo (2) sheets prepared by Eric L. Diffenbaugh, P.L.S., dated October 27, 1995, a copy of which is recorded in the hereinafter named Recorder's Office in Plan Book 72, Page 42, as follows: BEGINNING at a set parker kalon nail in the centerline of Walnut Bottom Road (S.R. 0174); thence along the line of lands now or formerly of Anthony L. Newcomer and wife, South 04 degrees 02 minutes 06 seconds East 266.88 feet to a set iron pin; thence along Lot 3 as set forth on the above- described plan, South 75 degrees 16 minutes 21 seconds West 181.44 feet to a set iron pin; thence along Lot 1 as set forth on the above-described plan, North 14 degrees 43 minutes 39 seconds West 262.25 feet to a set parker kalon nail; thence along the centerline of Walnut Bottom Road North 75 degrees 16 minutes 21 seconds East 230.95 feet to a set parker kalon nail, the place of BEGINNING, being Lot 2 on the above-mentioned Plan and containing 1.2414 acres. Now, March 15,2000, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Owner to the said Contractor to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration ofthe making of the said contract with him and the further consideration of one Dollar, to Contractor paid by Owner it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
