Carlisle Suburban Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, by its solicitor, Broujos & Gilroy, P.C., hereby files its claim
for sewer assessment against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its claim as
follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
I
The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is Carlisle Suburban Authority, a
municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of
Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The name of the owner of the property against which this claim is filed is Suzarme C. Eiben with
an address at the following:

Carlisle, P A 17013

A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and marked
Exhibit "A".

The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens
Act, 53 P.S. g7101 et seq.

Thislien is claimed for assessment issued against the above described property for installation of
public sewer lines in the amount of$I,500.00.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from November 15, 1999 and costs offiling
are also claimed.

Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, hereinafter referred to as

WITNESSETH, that in consideration of FIFTY FIVE THOUSAND AND

Dollars, in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
the said grantors do hereby grant and convey to the said grantee,
her heirs and assigns
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in North Middleton
Township, Cumberland County, penneylvania, bounded and
described in accordance with Plan of Green Meadows as
recorded in the hereinafter mentioned Recorder's Office in
Plan Book 3, Page 110, bounded and deecribed ae followe:
TRACT NO.1: ALL that certain tract of land, the same being
all of.Lot No. 30 and the eaetern one half of Lot No. 31 as
shown on said Plan of Green Meadows, containing a total of
75 feet in front along Chann~l Drive and extending in depth a
distance of 100 feet, more or less, to the body of water
known as the "Channel., on which tract of land there is
erected a one-story frame dwelling houee known as and
numbered 113 Channel Drive, Carlisle, pennsylvania.
TRACT NO.2: ALL that certain tract of land located on the
island opposite Tract No. 1 hereinabove deecribed, which
tract of land contains 75 feet frontage along the low,water
mark on the northern bank of the Conodoguinet Creek and 75
feet in front along the eouthern line of the body of water
known as the "Channel., and which tract of land extends
between said Channel and said Conodoguinet Creek at an evsn
width of 75 feet a distance of 185 feet, more or lees.
