MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR SEWER ASSESSMENT
Carlisle Suburban Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, by its solicitor, Broujos & Gilroy, P.C., hereby files its claim
for sewer assessment against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its claim as
follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
I
The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is Carlisle Suburban Authority, a
municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of
Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The name of the owners of the property against which this claim is filed are David L. Hittie and
Robin M. Bittie with an address at the following:
121 Channel Drive
Carlisle, P A 17013

A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and marked
Exhibit "A".

The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens
Act, 53 P.s. ~7101 et seq.

This lien is claimed for assessment issued against the above described property for installation of
public sewer lines in the amount of$3,920.00.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from November 15, 1999 and costs of filing
are also claimed.

'I'RACT NO. I: BEGINNING at an iron pin on the Southeast line of '
property now'or formerly of' J. H. Hamaker, and extending thence
Northeastwardly 57 feet 6 inches, more or less, to a point at the
Southern line of a 16 foot ...ide alley 1 ,thence by the same in a
Southeasterly direction, 11 a feet 4 1/2 inches to an ir'on pin at
toe division line of Lots 32 and 33 of the hereinafter mentioned
Plan; thence in a Southwesterly direction along sai6 division line,
1JB fp~t, more or lecs, to a point on the channel of the creek,
thence in a Northwesterly direction 140 feet 71/2 inches to an
iron pin at the Southeastern line of said J. H. Hamak~r, thence by
the same, 59 feet 6 inches, more or less, to an iron 'pin, the Place

TRACT NO.2: BEGINNING at an i~on pin at the Southeast line now or
formerly of J. H. Hamaker; thence along the channel of the creek in
a southeasterly direction, 146 feet 6 inches, more or less, to an
iron pin; thence by land now or formerly of J. Mac Stine and wife,
Southwest 175 feet, more or less, to an iron pin at the bank of the
Conodoguinet Creek; thence by the bank of said creek, Northwest 182
feet 6 inches, more or less, to an iron pin at line of J. H. Hamaker;
thence by said Hamaker line, 206 feet, more or less, to an iron pin,
the Place of BEGINNING.
TRACT NO. 3: BEING the tract of land lying between Tract No. 1 and
Tract No,. 2 as described in the deed of J. Mac and Peach Belle Stine
to Enmore A. Comp and Florence E'. Comp, his wife, dated October 14,
1950 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds 'for Cumberland
County in Deed Book "N", Volume 14, Page 421/ being also a tract of
land largely covered by the channe,l to the Conodoguinet Creek, having
a length on the side along Tract No.1 of said Deed, of 140 feet,
7 1/2 inches, more or less; a length on the side aiong Tract, No.2
of said deed of 146 feet, 6 inches, more,or less, and a width of 40
feet, more or less.
Tract No.1 is improved with a stone ranch dwelling known as No.
121 Channel Orive, Carlisle, pen,nsylvania,.
BEING the same premises which David L. Hittie and Mary E. Hittie,
by their deed dated September 17, 1965, and recorded in the office of
the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in'
Deed Book "M", Volume 31, Page 624, granted and conveyed unto
David L. Hittie, the Grantor and one of the Granbees herein.
The within transfer is from husband to husband and wife and therefore
exempt from realty transfer taxes.
