HITTlE, Defendants MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR SEWER ASSESSMENT Carlisle Suburban Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, by its solicitor, Broujos & Gilroy, P.C., hereby files its claim for sewer assessment against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its claim as follows: STATEMENT OF CLAIM I The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is Carlisle Suburban Authority, a municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township. 2 The name of the owners of the property against which this claim is filed are David L. Hittie and Robin M. Hamaker by Grant of Letters in and for the County of Cumberland, in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania dated September 13, 1995, party of the first part, GRANTOR, -AND- David L. Hittie and Robin M. Hittie, husband and wife, of 121 Channel Drive, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, as tenants of an estate by'the entireties, parties of the second part, Grantees. CONTAINING 1.8227 acres. " BEING ALL THE LAND CONTAINED ON THE FOLLOWING DEEDS: all of that tract which J. Mac Stine and Peach Bell Stine, husband and wife, by their deed dated April 5, 1948 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania in Deed Book 129 at page 691, sold and conveyed unto G.B. Hamaker, also known as George H. Hamaker and Alverta M. Hamaker. Said tract further consists of all that tract which J. Mac Stine and Peach Bell Stine, husband and wife, by their deed dated August 13, 1945 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania in Deed Book YI9 at page39, sold and conveyed unto George H. Hamaker and Alverta M. Hamaker, husband and wife. Said George H. Hamaker, also known as G.H. Hamaker having died October 12, 1991, thus vesting title in the above tracts to Alverta M. Hamanker, the Grantor's estate herein. Subject to all previously recorded deed covenants and restrictions. Subject to the riparian rights of the Conodoguinet Creek. The above description was taken from a "Map of Property of Alverta M. Hamaker" prepared by John K. Bixler, P.L.S., dated November 29, 1995, designating this tract as parcels "B" "C" and "D". TOGETHER with all and singular, the said property, improvements, ways, waters, water courses, rights, liberties, privileges, hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging, or in any wise appertaining, and the reversions and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof, and all the estate, right, title, interest, property, claim and demand whatsoever, of the said Grantor, in law, equity or otherwise howsoever, of, in and to the same and every part thereof.
