MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR SEWER ASSESSMENT
Carlisle Suburban Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, by its solicitor, Broujos & Gilroy, P.C., hereby files its claim
for sewer assessment against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its claim as
follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
I
The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is Carlisle Suburban Authority, a
municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of
Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The name of the owners of the property against which this claim is filed are William F. Heckert
and Beatrice M. Heckert with an address at the following:
19 Channel Drive
Carlisle, P A 17013

A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and marked
Exhibit "A".

The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens
Act, 53 P.S. 97101 et seq.

This lien is claimed for assessment issued against the above described property for installation of
public sewer lines in the amount of $2,000.00.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from November 15,1999 and costs of filing
are also claimed.

Sheaffer. his Wife, to Bradford H. Free and Helen W. Free, hia wife, dated
Karch 29. 1961. and recorded in the Recorder of Deeds office, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania on March 30, 1961 in Deed Book "D", VolUlllO 20, Paae 747,
and in the Deed from Kary 11. Rasp, widow, to Bradford H. Free and Helen W.
Free, his wife, dated September 9, 1963 and recorded into eh Recorder of Deeda
office, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, on September 10, 1963, in Deed Book
"Y", Volume 20, page 1127.
The said Bradford H. Free died November 14, 1965 where upon title, became
vested, by operation of law, in Helen W. Free, Grantor herein. Jack T. Free
executes this deed as Attorney-in-fact for Helen W. Free by virtue of a
certain General Power of Attorney, dated January 1, 1973 and recorded even
