MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR SEWER ASSESSMENT
Carlisle Suburban Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, by its solicitor, Broujos & Gilroy, P.C., hereby files its claim
for sewer assessment against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its claim as
follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
I
The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is Carlisle Suburban Authority, a
municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of
Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The name of the owners of the property against which this claim is filed are William F. Heckert
and Beatrice M. Heckert with an address at the following:
17 Channel Drive
Carlisle, P A 17013

A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and marked
Exhibit "A".

The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens
Act, 53 P.S. ~7101 et seq.

This lien is claimed for assessment issued against the above described property for installation of
public sewer lines in the amount of $5,000.00.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from November 15, 1999 and costs of filing
are also claimed.

County ot Cumberland, State of Pennsylvania, bounded and described as tollows:
BEGINNING at a stake on the Westerly side or a driveway along the Creek,
which stake is Flfty-ttve (55) feet Southerly from an iron pipe at the corner ot
the lot now or tormerly ot Raymond Stringfellow; thence trom said stake and
at right angles to the drive, .North 84 degrees West, One Hundred Forty (140)
feet to a stake at land now or late of J. Mac Stine and Peach Belle silne, and
Forty-tlve (45) teet Southerly from an Iron pipe at the corner of land now or late
ot Raymond Stringfellow; thence by land now or formerly ot J. Mac Stine and
Peach Belle Stine, South 06 degrees West, One Hundred (100) teet to a stake at
a corner of lot of said Stines; thence by the same. South 84 degrees Eastn.QtlS
Hundred Forty (140) feet to a stake at fence line on the side of the Creek(aroresald;
thence along the side of the Creek drive. North 06 degrees East, One Hundred
(100) feet to a stake, the place of BEGINNING.
HAVING thereon er,ected a frame dwelling house, known as 11 Channel Drive.
TOGETHER with the right of Ingress and egress to and from said lot along the
private road upon which the lot fronts, and also together with the riparian rights
applicable to the Conodogulnet Creek on the opposite side of the private road from
the lot herein conveyed, as set forth In prior deeds.
BEING the same premlse.s which Thelma M., Conrad, widow, by deed dated
October 25, 1963 and recorded In the Office of the Recorder of Deeds In and for
Cumberland County at Carlisle, Pennsylvania, In Deed Book "A", Vol. 21, page
184, granted and conveyed to J. Richard Shumaker and MaryLou Shumaker,
