MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR SEWER ASSESSMENT
Carlisle Suburban Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, by its solicitor, Broujos & Gilroy, P.C., hereby files its claim
for sewer assessment against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its claim as
follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
I
The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is Carlisle Suburban Authority, a
municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of
Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The name of the owners of the property against which this claim is filed are George F. Myers
and Joyce G. Myers with an address at the following:
64 Channel Drive
Carlisle, P A 17013

A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and marked
Exhibit "A".

The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens
Act, 53 P.S. ~7101 et seq.

This lien is claimed for assessment issued against the above described property for installation of
public sewer lines in the amount of $5,800.00.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from November 15,1999 and costs of filing
are also claimed.

opened to a width of 50 feet; thence by the northern line of T-492
(33 feet wide), North 56 degrees 06 minutes 25 seconds West 177.77
feet to a point; thence North 39 degrees 13 minutes East 150.0 feet
to the Place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 25,089 square feet, or 0.5759 acres.
SUBJECT to a minimum building set baok line of 35 feet
measured from the ultimate width of 50 feet of Townsh1p Road T-492.
BEING the same property which J. Mar11n St1ne, et al, granted
and oonveyed to Lee A. Nisley and Helen K. Nisley, h1s wife, by deed
dated October 2nd, 1968 and recorded 1n the Off10e of the Recorder
of Deeds for Cumberland County Deed Book "B", Volume 23, Page 77.
The said Helen K. Nisley died on August 9th, 1988, whereupon
Title became .vested in fee simple in Lee A. Nisley, Grantor herein.

Attorney-in-Fact, Dale R. King,' granted and conveyed to George A.

reoorded in the Office aforesaid in Deed Book "B", Volume 34, Page 559.
This deed is given to oorrect the name of one of the Grantees
from George A. Myers to George W. Myers.
