Copenhaver and Kathleen J. HAVING THEREON ERECTED a 1966 Schult 12' x 60' mobile home with 6' x 24" carport and open rear porch with metal roof. BEING the same premises which Ralph W. Small and S. Jane Small, his wife, by their deed dated October 8, 1980, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book "0", Volume 29, Page 423, granted and conveyed unto William H. Engle and Mamie E. Engle, his wife. The said Mamie E. Engle died on February 22, 1966, survived by her husband, William H. Engle, the decedent herein, in whom title vested absolutely by operation of law as surviving tenant by the entireties.
