Carlisle Suburban Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, by its solicitor, Broujos & Gilroy, P.C., hereby files its claim
for sewer assessment against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its claim as
follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
I
The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is Carlisle Suburban Authority, a
municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of
Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The name of the owners of the property against which this claim is filed are Ronald E.
Copenhaver and Kathleen J. Copenhaver with an address at the following:
73 Channel Drive
Carlisle, PA 17013

A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and marked

The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens
Act, 53 P.S. ~7101 et seq.

This lien is claimed for assessment issued against the above described property for installation of
public sewer lines in the amount of$3,325.00.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from November 15, 1999 and costs of filing
are also claimed.

the creek from Tract No. 1 of Parcel A above-described. and containing 50 feet
frontage along the channel side, 50 feet along the ~reek side, and 150 feet,
more or less, on the Western boundary, and 150, more or less, along the Eastern
boundary,
Tract No. 1 of Parcel A is composed of Lot No. 11 on the .Plan of Green Meadows
which Plan is recorded in the hereinafter named Recorder's Office in Plan Book 3,
Page 110. Tract No. 2 of Parcel A is all of the Island acrosa the channel of the
Conodoguinet Creek from said Tract No. 1 of Parcel A, together with the right of
I'ree and uninterrupted ingress and egress to the channel of the creek itself and
subject to the restrictions as set forth in the aforesaid Plan.
PARCEL B. consisting of two tracts:
TRACT NO. 1 beginning at a point at the division line between Lots Nos. 11 and 12
as shown on the above-mentioned Plan of Lots: thence North 38 degrees 21 minutes West
a distance of 50 feet to the division line of Lot No. 13; thence in a Northeasterly
direction a distance of 100 feet to a point in the Southern line of a 16 feet wide
driveway; thence by the same South 38 degrees 21 minutes East, a distance of 50
feet to a division line of Lot No. II: thence by division line of said Lot No. 11
in a Southwesterly direction a distance of 100 feet to a point at the Pl~ce of
BEGINNING.
TRACT NO.2, all that certain property located on the Island across from Tract
No. 1 of Parcel B above-described containing 50 feet frontage along the channel
side, 50 feet along the creek side, and 155 feet, more or less, on the Western
boundary and 150 feet, more or less. along the Eastern boundary.
Tract No. 1 of Parcel B above-described is composed of Lot No. 12 as shown on
the Plan of Green Meadows, which Plan is recorded in the hereinafter named
Recorder's Office in Plan Book 3. Page 110. Tract No.2 of Parcel B above-
described is all of the Island across from the channel of the,Conodoguinet Creek
from said Tract No.1 of Parcel B, together with the right of free and uninterrupted
ingress and egress to the channel of the creek itself and subject to the restrictions
as set forth in the aforesaid Plan.
HAVING THEREON ERECTED a 1966 Schult 12' x 60' mobile home with 6' x 24" carport
and open rear porch with metal roof.
BEING the same premises which Ralph W. Small and S. Jane Small, his wife, by their
deed dated October 8, 1980, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds
in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book "0", Volume 29, Page 423,
granted and conveyed unto William H. Engle and Mamie E. Engle, his wife. The said
Mamie E. Engle died on February 22, 1966, survived by her husband, William H. Engle,
the decedent herein, in whom title vested absolutely by operation of law as
surviving tenant by the entireties.
