MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR SEWER ASSESSMENT
Carlisle Suburban Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, by its solicitor, Broujos & Gilroy, P.C., hereby files its claim
for sewer assessment against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its claim as
follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
I
The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is Carlisle Suburban Authority, a
municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of
Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The name of the owners of the property against which this claim is filed are Keith R. Stedman
and Peggy B. Stedman with an address at the following:
83 Channel Drive
Carlisle, P A 17013

A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and marked
Exhibit "A".

The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens
Act, 53 P.S. ~7101 et seq.

This lien is claimed for assessment issued against the above described property for installation of
public sewer lines in the amount of $3,600.00.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from November 15, 1999 and costs of filing
are also claimed.

HUNDRED AND 00/100 ($99,500.00) DOLLARS, in hand paid, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, the said grantors do hereby grant and convey unto the said
grantees, their heirs and assigns,
ALL THOSE CERTAIN five tracls of land situate in North Middleton Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, 'more particularly bounded and described as follows:

TRACT NO ',. BEGiNNING at a stake on line of Lot No. 15 on the hereinafter
mentioned Plan of Lots; thence along the line of Lot No. 15 in a northerly direclion a
dislance of '00 feet to a stake on the south side of a 16-foot driveway; thence along the
southern line of the above 16.foot driveway in a northwesterly direction 50 feet to a stake;
thence along Lot No. 17 in a southwesterly direction a distance of 100 feet to a stake;
thence along land now or formerly of J. Mac Stine and Peach Belle Stine, his wife, in a
southeasterly direction, a distance of 50 feet, to a stake, the place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 5,000 square feel.
TOGETHER with free and uninterrupted ingress and egress to the channel of the
Conodoguinet Creek.
BEING Lot No. 16 on a Plan of Lots known as Stine's Cottage Sites, Green Meadows,
which Plan is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland
County in Plan Book 3, Page 110.

TR....CT NO 2' BEGINNING at a stake at line separating lots No. 17 and No. 18 on the
aforementioned plan of Lots; thence in a northeasterly direction by said line 100 feet to the
southern line of a 16 foot driveway; thence by the southern line of said driveway in a
southeasterly direction SO feet to a stake on the dividing line of Lots 16 and 17; thence by
said line in a southwesterly direction 100 feet to a stake; thence in a northwesterly
direction SO feet to a point, the place of Beginning.
TOGETHER with free and uninterrupted ingress and egress to the channel of the
Conodoguinet Creek.
BEING Lot No. 17 on the aforementioned Plan of Lots.
TR....CT NO 3' All that certain tract of land across the channel of the Conodoguinet
Creek from Lots 16 and 17 of the Plan of Green Meadows, as recorded aforesaid, and
beginning at a point in said Channel; thence southeastwardly by the same 100 feet; thence
by other property now or formerly of J. Mac Stine and Peach Belle Stine, his wife,
southwestwardly 113 to the Creek; thence by the same northwestwardly 100 feet; thence
northeastwardly 128 feet to the place of Beginning. .:..,,'
TOGETHER with free and uninterrupted use of the pathway along the channel of the
Creek on the northeastern side thereof.
TR....CT NO 4' BEING the northem'20 feet of Lot No. IS, Plan of Green Meadows, as
recorded aforesaid, and containing 20, feet in the rear on the 16-foot driveway, 20 feet in
front, and an even depth of 1 00 feet, and bounded on the north by other property mow or
formerly of 1. Mac Stine and wife.
TR....CT NO S. All that certain tract of land located on the Island of the Creek, directly
opposite Tract No.4 herein, containing 20 feet 'on the channel oCthe creek, 20 feet on the
Creek, and an even depth of 113 feet, and bounded on the north by property now or
formerly of Quay W. Gardner and Edith M. Gardner, his wife, and on the south by other
property now or formerly of J. Mac Stine and wife.
TOGETHER with all rights in and to a foot bridge across the channel of the Creek to the
island as forth in prior deeds.
BEING the same five tracts which Ralph E. Negley, Jr. and Sylvania M. Negley, his wife
by their deed dated December 18, 1987 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of
Deeds for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania in Deed Book "C", Volume 33, Page 506,
granted and conveyed to Albert E. Slusser and Joanne L. Slusser, formerly husband and
wife, the Grantors herein.
UNDER AND SUBJECT, NEVERTHELESS, to all restrictions, utility easements and
other easements as shown in the above noted Subdivision Plans and any other easements
or restrictions of record.
