MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR SEWER ASSESSMENT
Carlisle Suburban Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, by its solicitor, Broujos & Gilroy, P.C., hereby files its claim
for sewer assessment against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its claim as
follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
I
The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is Carlisle Suburban Authority, a
municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of
Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The name of the owner of the property against which this claim is filed is Robert F. Otto, Jr. with
an address at the following:
129 Channel Drive
Carlisle, P A 17013

A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and marked
Exhibit "A".

The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens
Act, 53 P.S. 97101 et seq.

This lien is claimed for assessment issued against the above described property for installation of
public sewer lines in the amount of $3,325.00.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from November 15,1999 and costs of filing
are also claimed.

Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as followsl
BEGINNING at a point in the centerline of a 16 foot wide public
driveway, at line of land now or formerly of. Silverious O. Black lot
extended, thence along said centerline, South 28 degrees 15 minutes
East, 100 feet to a point, thence by land now or formerly of Frank E.
Leohard and wife, South 70 degrees 50 minutes West, 60 feet to a
,point, thence by the same, South 70 degrees 30 minutes West, 278 feet
to the low water mark of the Conodoquinet Creek, thence by the latter,
North 25 degrees West, 100 feet to a pointl thence by line of land now
or formerly of S. O. Black, North 70 degrees 30 minutes East, 271 feet,
to II point, thence by the same, North 70 degrees 50 minutes East, 59.5
feet to the Place of BEGINNING.
BEING improved with a dwelling house with mailing address of 129.'

TOGETHER with'a permanent easement or rightofway, in favor of the
Grantees, their heirs andasa1gns, over the land .now or formerly of
Frank E. Leonard and wife, along the existing roadway from a point on
the Long's Gap Road opposite the property now or formerly of John
Fultz to the above described property, not to exceed 16 feet in width,
and also, together with the riparian rights to the use of the water of
the Conodoguinet Creek.
BEING the same premises which Leslie M. Shaw and Ruth E. Shaw, husband
and wife, by their Deed dated the 31st day of October 1985 and
recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for CUmberland
County in Deed Book "0", Volume 31, Page 497, granted and conveyed
