Carlisle Suburban Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, by its solicitor, Broujos & Gilroy, P.C., hereby files its claim
for sewer assessment against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its claim as
follows:

The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is Carlisle Suburban Authority, a
municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of
Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The name of the owner of the property against which this claim is filed is Donna J. Metz with an
address at the following:
41 Bellaire Park Road
Carlisle, PA 17013

A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and marked
Exhibit "A".

The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens
Act, 53 P.S. ~7101 et seq.

This lien is claimed for assessment issued against the above described property for installation of
public sewer lines in the amount of $5,900.00.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from November 15,1999 and costs of filing
are also claimed.

RONALD R. DICK AND JANET J. STRAWSER, now by marriage, JANET
J. DICK, hiS wife, of Carlisle, Cumberland County,Pennsylvania,
hereinafter referred to as the Grantors,
AND
DONNA J. METZ, a single woman, of New Cumberland, Cumberland
COUllty, Pennsylvania, hereinafter referred to as the Grantee.
WITNESSETH, that in consideration of SEVENTY-THREE THOUSAND
FIVE HUNDRED ($73,500.00) Dollars, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged the said Grantors do hereby grant and
convey to the said grantee, her heirs and assigns ~.

ALL THOSE CERTAIN three tracts of land being situated in
North Middleton Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as
follows, to wit:
TRACT NO 1: BEGINNING at a stake in the line of land now or
formerly of Edna Lehman, said stake.being the northwest corner
hereof; thence by the line of the said land South 50 degrees
45 minutes east 155.5 feet to a stake; thence by other land of
the former Grantors of which this is a part South 37 degrees
10 minutes West 57.6 feet to a stake, thence by the same North
53 degrees ' 1 0 minutes West 53.3 feet to a point in the
driveway; thence by the same as aforesaid North 44 degrees 20
minutes East 133.6 feet to the point and place of beginning,
containing rr.4 acres, more or less.
TRACT NO 2: BEGINNING at an iron pin on line of the Bellair
Pari<, thence by same South 50 degrees 50 minutes East, a
distanoe of 334.2 feet to an iron pin; thence by lands of the
former Grantors, North 50 degrees 30 minutes East, a distance
of about 70 feet to an iron pin; thence by the same North 52
degrees 45 minutes West, a distance of 305.5 feet to an iron
pin; thence along lands now or formerly of Lester Hess, South
76 degrees 15 minutes West, a distance of 70 feet to an iron
pin, the place of beginning and containing 0.45 acres more or
less.

TOGETHER with and subject to an Easement of Common Vehicular
Right of Way dated July 10, 1996 from Helen Kaseeta by Jerry
W. Zettle, POA, recorded in the office of the Recorder of
Deeds for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania in Misc. Bool, 524,
page 927, granted to and conveyed upon Ronald R. Dicl, and
Janet J. Dick, Grantors herein.
BEING the same premises that Frank E Wierman, Jr. and Anna Mae
Weirman, husband and wife, by deed dated September 27th, 1988
and recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds for
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book "0", Volume 33,
Page 1077, granted and conveyed to Ronald R. Dick and Janet J.
strawser, Grantors herein.
AND the said Grantors will warrant specially the property
hereby conveyed.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said Grantors have hereunto set their
