MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR SEWER ASSESSMENT
Carlisle Suburban Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, by its solicitor, Broujos & Gilroy, P.C., hereby files its claim
for sewer assessment against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its claim as
follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
1
The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is Carlisle Suburban Authority, a
municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of
Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The name of the owners of the property against which this claim is filed are Frederick E. Kessler,
Jr. and Rose R. Wagner with an address at the following:
341 Bellaire Park Road
Carlisle, PA 17013

A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and marked
Exhibit "A".

The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens
Act, 53 P.S. ~7101 et seq.

This lien is, claimed for assessment issued against the above described property for installation of
public sewer lines in the amount of $2,450.00.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from November 15, 1999 and costs of filing
are also claimed.

in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the said
Grantors do hereby grant and convey to the said Grantees, their heirs
and assigns,
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot of land situate.in North Middleton Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a stake on the western side of a thirty-three foot wide
road to be known as Spencer Baird Drive at the southeastern corner of
a lot of land of Guy O. Stum et ux;
THENCE along the western side of said Spencer Baird Drive, South 30
degrees 8 minutes East 100 feet to a stake;
THENCE South along other land of the grantors, South 64 1/2 degrees
West 250 feet to a point at the Conodoguinet Creek;
THENCE along said Creek in a northwesterly direction to a point at the
southwestern corner of the aforesaid Stum land;
THENCE along said Stum land, North 64 1/2 degrees East 250 feet to a
stake, the place of beginning. Constituting 0.57 acres.
THE above courses and distances are in accordance with the survey of
said lot made by T. o. Bietsch, registered surveyor; in October 1963.
