Hair and Alice D. Hair with an address at the following: 29 Bellaire Avenue Carlisle, PA 17013 3 :; ,i I , I I ! I I I I I I , A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A". ~ 4 The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens Act, 53 P.S. ~7101 et seq. 5 This lien is claimed for assessment issued against the above described property for installation of public sewer lines in the amount of $2,440.00. 6 Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from November 15,1999 and costs of filing are also claimed.
