Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, by its solicitor, Broujos & Gilroy, P.C., hereby files its claim
for sewer assessment against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its claim as
follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM

The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is Carlisle Suburban Authority, a
municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of
Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The name of the owners of the property against which this claim is filed are Alvin 1. West and
Mary 1. West with an address at the following:
4 Bellaire Avenue
Carlisle, P A 17013

A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and marked
Exhibit "A".

The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens
Act, 53 P.S. ~7101 et seq.

This lien is claimed for assessment issued against the above described property for installation of
public sewer lines in the amount of$4,11O.00.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from November 15, 1999 and costs of filing
are also claimed.

described aa follows:-
TRACT No.1: BEGINNING at a point on the Southern aide of Bellaire Avenue, said
point being 166,5 feet, NORTH 67 degrees 30 minutea EAST, of the intersection of
the Southern side of Bellaire Avenue and the center line of Legialative Route No.
21072, known locally aa the Longa Gap Road, aaid point alao being on the dividing
line.between Lota Noa. 24 and 25 on the hereinafter mentioned plan of Iota; THENCE
by the Southern aide of Dellaire Avenue, NORTH 67 degreea.30 minutes .EAST. 123,06"
feet to a point, the dividing line between Lot Nos. 23 and 24 on the said plan;
THE~CE by Lot No. 23 on said plan, SOUTH 04 degrees 29 minutea EAST, 202.27 feet
to a pOint in line of Lot No. 26 on said plan; THENCE by Lot No. 26 on aaid plan,

TRACT No.2: BEGINNING at a point st a corner common to Lots Nos. 24, 25 and 26
on the Plan of Lots of Hill Top Hsnor as recorded in Plan Book 11 Page 39,
which said point is situated, NORTH 67 degrees 30 minutes EAST, 166.5 feet from
the center line of Longs Gap Road; THENCE from ssid point of beginning by the
line dividing Lots 24 and 23 from Lot 26, SOUTH 58 degrees 53 minutes EAST, 118.0
feet to a point; THENCE by the line of Lot 29 on said plan, SOUTH 67 degrees 30
