MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR SEWER ASSESSMENT
Carlisle Suburban Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, by its solicitor, Broujos & Gilroy, P.C., hereby files its claim
for sewer assessment against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its claim as
follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM

The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is Carlisle Suburban Authority, a
municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of
Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The name of the owners of the property against which this claim is filed are Roger D. Thrush and
Brandi K. Thrush with an address at the following:
1100 Bellaire Park Road
Carlisle, PA 17013

A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and marked
Exhibit "A".

The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens
Act, 53 P.S. ~7101 et seq.

This lien is claimed for assessment issued against the above described property for installation of
public sewer lines in the amount of $2,500.00.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from November 15, 1999 and costs offiling
are also claimed.

BETWEEN DOUGLAS A. WEIGLE and KATHRINE ARLENE WEIGLE, his wife
herein designated as the Grantors,
AND ROGER D. THRUSH and BRANDI KAY THRUSH, his wife
herein designated as the Grantees,
WITNESSETH, that the Grantors, for and in consideration of ---NINETY-SIX
THOUSAND ($96,000.00) DOLLARS-------------------lawful money of the United
States of America, to the Grantors in hand well and truly paid by the Grantees, at or before the
sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and the
Grantors being therewith fully satisfied, do by these presents grant bargain, sell and convey unto
the Grantees forever, their heirs and assigns,
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract ofland with the improvements thereon erected situate in North
Middleton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a stake at corner of land now or' formerly of Richard Kaseeta and Charles
Scharbaugh; thence by the southern line of said land now or formerly of Charles Scharbaugh,
South 47 degrees 18 minutes East 170 feet to a stake; thence by the western line ofland now or
formerly of James C. Anderson, South 41 degrees 51 minutes West 180.44 feet to a stake; thence
by the northern line ofland now or formerly of Harold L. Shugart and Richard Kaseeta, North 69
degrees West 123 feet to a stake; thence by the eastern line of said land now or formerly of
Richard Kaseeta, North 9 degrees 28 minutes East 154.90 feet to a stake; thence by the same,
North 58 degrees 7 minutes East 100 feet to the Place of BEGINNING.
BEING improved with a dwelling house known as 1100 Bellaire Pari. Road ( erroneously
referred to as "140 Airport Drive, Carlisle" in prior deed).
TOGETHER with a right-of-way for the purpose ofingress, egress and regress over a private
road on land now or formerly of Richard Kaseeta and James C. Anderson.

The foregoing description is in accordance with a survey by D. P. Raffensperger, R.S., dated
October21,1960.
BEING the same premises which Douglas A. Weigle by deed dated November 8, 1991 and
recorded in the Office ofthe Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County in Deed Book J,
Volume 35, Page 803, granted and conveyed unto Douglas A. Weigle and Kathrine Arlene
Weigle, his wife, the Grantors herein.

TOGETHER with all and singular the buildings, improvements, ways, woods, waters
watercourses, rights, liberties, privileges, hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging
or in anywise appertaining; and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents,
issues and profits thereof, and of every part and parcel thereof; AND also all the estate, right, title
interest, use, possession, property, claim and demand whatsoever of the Grantors both in law and
in equity, of, in and to the premises herein described and every part and parcel thereofwith the
appurtenances. TO BA VE AND TO HOLD all and singular the premises herein described
together with tbe hereditaments and appurtenances unto the Grantees and to Grantees' proper use
and benefit forever.

AND the Grantors covenant that, except as may be herein set forth, they do and will FOREVER
SPECIALLY WARRANT AND DEFEND the lands and premises, hereditaments and
appurtenances hereby conveyed, against the Grantors.
In all references herein to any parties, persons, entities or corporations, the use of any
particular gender or the plural or singular number is intended to include the appropriate gender or
number as the text of the within instrument may require.
Wherever in this instrument any party shall be designated or referred to by name or
general reference, such designation is intended to and shall have the same effect as if the word
"heirs. executors, administrators, personal or legal representatives, successors and assigns" had
been inserted after each and every such designation.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantors have hereunto set their hands and seals, or if a
corporation, it has caused these presents to be signed by its proper corporate officers and its
corporate seal to be affixed hereto, the day and year above written.
