MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR SEWER ASSESSMENT
Carlisle Suburban Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, by its solicitor, Broujos & Gilroy, P.C., hereby files its claim
for sewer assessment against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its claim as
follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
1
The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is Carlisle Suburban Authority, a
municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of
Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The name of the owners of the property against which this claim is filed are H. Wayne Sheaffer
and Patricia A. Sheaffer with an address at the following:
311 Bellaire Park Road, Tract 1
Carlisle, P A 17013

A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and marked
Exhibit "A".

The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens
Act, 53 P.S. ~7101 et seq.

This lien is claimed for assessment issued against the above described property for installation of
public sewer lines in the amount of $4,900.00.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from November 15, 1999 and costs of filing
are also claimed.

TRACT NO.1: BEGINNING at a stake on the Western side of a private
lane lead~ng to the tract herein described; thence by land now or
formerly of Richard R. Kaseeta, South 25 3/4 degrees Eaat 150 feet
to a stal",; thence by Tract No.2 herein described, South 64~ degreea
West 258 feet to a poinc at the edge of the Conodoguinet Creek;
thence along the edge of said Creek, North 30~ degrcesW~st 150
feet to a point; thence by land now or formerly of Richard R. Kaaeeta,
North 64~ degreea East 270 feet to the Place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING .9 acre, more or leaa, and being improved with a
frame cabin.
TOGETHER with the right in the Grantees, their heirs !lnd Assigna,
to Che unrestricted use for ingrElss, egress and regreas of a certain
driveway or road leading from Longs Gap Road (L.R. 21072) to the
tract herein described, tetminating at the Northeaatern corner of aaid
tract.
BEING the same property which was conveyed to Guy O. Stum and
Harriet L. Scum, his wife, by Richard R. Kaseeta and Helen M. Kaseeta,
his wife, by deed dated July 7, 1962, and recorded in the office of
the Recorder of Deeds for Cumberland County in Deed Book "0", Vol.
20, Page l08S.
