COMPLAINT IN DIVORCE
AND NOW, comes the above-named Plaintiff, KIMBERLY A. BRADY, by and through
her attorney, ROBERT B. LIEBERMAN, ESQUIRE, and seeks to obtain a Decree in Divorce
from the above-named Defendant, JI..1ICHAEL D. BRADY, upon the grounds hereinafter set
forth:
1. Plaintiff is KIIVIBERLY A. BRADY, an adult individual, residing at 106 Rolo Court,
Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
2. Defendant is JI..1ICHAEL D. BRADY, an adult individual, residing at 501 Gettysburg
Pike, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
3. Plaintiff and Defendant have been bona fide residents of the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania for at least six (6) months previous to the filing of this Complaint.
4. The Plaintiff and Defendant were married on December 17, 1994 in Camp Hill,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.

5. There have been no prior actions of divorce or for annulment between the parties.
6. The Plaintiff and Defendant are both citizens of United States of America.
7. The Defendant is not a member of the Armed Services of the United States.
8. The Plaintiff has been advised of the availability of marriage counseling and
understands that she may request that the Court require the parties to participate in counseling.
9. The Plaintiff avers that the marriage is irretrievably broken.
10. Plaintiff requests the Court to enter a Decree in Divorce.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff prays that your Honorable Court enter a Decree in Divorce
dissolving the marriage between the parties.

PETITION FOR BIFURCATION
AND NOW, comes Petitioner, KIMBERLY A. BRADY, by and through her attorney,
Robert B. Lieberman, Esquire, and files the following Petition, respectfully representing as follows:
1. That Petitioner KIMBERLY A. BRADY is the Plaintiff in the above captioned
divorce matter.
2. That Respondent MICHAEL D. BRADY is the Defendant in the above captioned
divorce matter.
3. That a Complaint in Divorce was filed in the Prothonotary's Office of Cumberland
County on or about March 21, 2000.
4. That Petitioner and Respondent have lived separate and apart for a period in excess
of two (2) years.
5. That the economic issues have not been resolved as of the date of the filing of the
within Petition.
6. That the marriage is irretrievably broken and there is no likelihood of reconciliation
between the parties.
7. That Petitioner believes that to permit a bifurcation such that the parties are divorced
prior to the resolution of economic issues will further the objectives of the Divorce Code.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner respectfully requests that this Honorable Court grant her Petition
for Bifurcation and issue a Decree in Divorce prior to the adjudication of the economic issues raised
of record.
