entered into a contract with, , ,
to provide materials aud perform labor necessary for the construction of a single family dweIling house upon a lot of

NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by aud between the said parties, as part of the
said contract aud for the consideration therein set forth, that neither the undersigned contractor, auy sub-contractor
or material man, nor auy other person furnishing labor or materials to the said contractor under this contract shaIl
me a lien, commonly caIled a mechanic's lien, for work done or materiaIs furnished to the said building or any part
thereof.
This stipulation is made aud intended to be filed with the County Prothonotary in accordance with the
requirements of Section 402 of the Mechauics Lien Law of 1963 of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in such case
