I, Plaintiff is FIRST UNION MORTGAGAE CORPORATION, SIBIM TO SIGNET
MORTGAGE CORPORATION,
2. Defendant is BARRY 1. SHOFF OR OCCUPANTS.
3, Plaintiff is the owner of premises located at 15 LEEDS ROAD, NEWVILLE, PA 17241, a
legal description of which is attached.
4. Plaintiff became owner of said premises by a Deed from the Sheriff of CUMBERLAND
County, which Deed was lodged and settlement made with the Sheriff (Abstract of Title).
5. Plaintiff, by virtue ofthe above, is the owner of said premises, and is entitled to possession
thereof. The defendant is occupying the said premises without right and so far as the plaintiff is
informed, without claim oftitle.
6, Plaintiff has demanded possession ofthe said premises from the said defendant who has refused
to deliver up possession of same.
WHEREFORE, plaintiff seeks to recover possession of said premises,

Based upon the examination of evidence in the appropriate public records, Company certifies that
the premises endorsed hereon are subject to the liens, encumbrances and exceptions to title
hereinafter set forth. This Certificate does not constitute title insurance; liability, hereunder is
assumed by theCoropany solely in its capacity as an abstractor for its negligence, mistakes or
omissions in a sum not to exceed Two Thousand Dollars.
DESCRIPTION
ALL mAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in Penn Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
bounded and described in accordance with Draft of Survey made for Florence M. Hutchinson Estate
by Thomas Alvin Neff, Registered Surveyor, dated September 20, 1965, on which Draft certain
additional data has been set forth as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point in the centerline of L.R. 21075, now known as Leeds Road at the
Northwestern comer of land now or formerly of John S. Seiders and wife, described in Deed
recorded in the hereinafter named Recorder's Office in Deed Book M. Volume 22, page 670; thence
from said spike at the place of beginning along said centerline of L.R. 21075, known as Leeds
Road, North 02 degrees 58 minutes 40 seconds East, a distance of 60.71 feet to a spike at comer of
land formerly of Warren Otto and now or formerly of Metro Dorosh; thence along the Southern line
of said land now or formerly of Metro Dorosh, South 89 degrees 28 minutes East, a distance of
141.01 feet to an iron pipe in line of land now or formerly of John S. Seiders; thence along line of
said land now or formerly of John S. Seiders. South 02 degrees 34 minutes East, a distance of 69.64
feet to a point at the Northeastern comer of said land now or formerly of John S. Seiders and wife
described in Deed Book M. Volume 22, page 670; thence along the Northern line of said land John
S. Seiders and wife, described in Deed Book M, Volume 22, page 670, North 86 degrees 01
